Private Lands Wildlife Management Program

PLWM is a long-term results-oriented professionally developed land management program whose goal is to increase wildlife for subsistence and wildlife marketing (hunting, fishing, eco and adventure tourism).

PLWM often involves a negotiated agreement and plan developed by the State and the Private Landowner to provide enhanced management of the wildlife habitat on private lands, to ensure survival and increased populations of targeted species, for the benefit of the landowner and the public.
